Position Summary: The District Sales Training Manager is responsible for managing and

providing strategic direction to the sales team in order to generate sales, increase revenue and 

improve retention while maintaining a high level of customer service. The primary 

responsibilities of the District Training Manager is to develop curriculum to include customer 

service skills, product knowledge and brand recognition, maintain the integrity of the training 

material and implement training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales and 

management team.
