Senior Planning Manager

Great opportunity with a growing national retailer looking for a planning manager to run their planning department, Need to know Arthur planning system. Also need to have managed a planning staff previously to apply.

Salary up to 150k plus bonus and benefits located in NYC area

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and development of the merchandise control staff within their business division. This individual is accountable for the accuracy and consistency of all plans, revisions, and projects developed by the Analyst staff. They are the resident expert in the use of all of the companies systems and reports, as well as the Arthur Planning System. Responsible for the effective communication with all other areas impacting Merchandising. Business consultation with General Merchandise Managers, Divisional Merchandise Managers, Merchandise Managers, Buyers, and the store planning and allocation organization to identify business opportunities and risks to sales and margin.
