Need a Director of E-commerce for an established Wholesale Home Textile company looking to start up an E-commerce retail website. Need an experienced individual who has vast Home retail E-comm experience.

Salary DOE and is located in New Jersey

1.      Should have at least 10 years of experience.

2.      Will be an innovative e-commerce executive with experience in building an e-commerce business from the ground up.

3.      Should have experience in an e-commerce business that has gone through tremendous growth.

4.      Must have strong skills managing people (within his/her department and without) and managing processes. Must be able to get along with people and work well in a fast paced, aggressive, diverse work environment.

5.      Must have a strong skill set in financial and business planning and analysis, site design and development, usability, branding, site operations, web analytics, marketing metrics, marketing, merchandising and leadership skills.

6.      Must be entrepreneurial (a deal breaker if not included in the make up of the person), self directed, hungry-driven to grow a business.

7.      The person must be transparent and honest. (A very down to earth type of person.)
